30 April 2003 - The Agreement of the cooperation between ECAVU and Moscow State Social University (MSSU) was sighned. Within the framework of this Agreement the distance learning technologies will be implemented into the educational process of this University.

21 April 2003 - The Argeemrent of the cooperation between ECAVU and Russian Development Gateway (RDG) was sighned. It is planned to create the RDG education platform using Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

16 April 2003 - On the "Telematica-2003" Conference was hold a presentation of the results the implementation of the project of using distance learning technologies in the system of qualification training of faculty staff in Russian Universities. The project is brought out in the framewoke of ECAVU activity with the support of the National Training Foundation (NTF).
